If you haven't, get the JS codes for the widget.
Adding Acobot to Magento Online Store
- Log in to your Magento store.
- Go to "System" -> "Configuration."
- Go to "General" -> "Design" -> "Head."
- Paste the JS codes copied above in there.
- Save your work and flush the cache.
The widget will then show up.
