Secondly Acobot is fully optimized for the major eCommerce platforms. It supports all major eCommerce features. Even better, it automatically inherits your eCommerce settings so setting it up is very simple and easy.

Absolutely not. Aco uses a widget to interact with customers. The widget floats over your web pages and does not change your page layout. Furthermore you can customize Aco's style and color to ensure it fits your brand perfectly.

No, Acobot never impacts the performance of your store. Acobot is a software-as-a-service. That means all the heavy lift will be done with our server, not yours. Furthermore, the widget is loaded to your web page in an asynchronous manner and thus will not block the load and render of your pages. Consequently it doesn't slow down your store speed.

Acobot currently supports only English. It also has a limited support of (Simplified) Chinese. When Chinese is finished, we will start working on Spanish, German, French, and a few other languages.
