Avatar is the "face" of your AI chatbot. By choosing an avatar that matches the nature of your business, you can get more engagements and sales leads.
You can also upload you own avatar image. You can even use your company logo as the avatar. However we don't recommend you use a real-person photo as avatar. Our research indicates real-person photos reduces interaction sessions.
Select a Stock Avatar
By default, you will be asked to choose your avatar at the very beginning. You can also customize it to fit the style of your web pages.
To select an avatar for a group,
- Log in to your Acobot account.
- Choose the group, if you have multiple groups.
- Click menu icon -> "Widget" -> "Avatar".
- Pick an avatar for your website.
Go to your web site and the chat widget will be with the selected avatar.
Upload a Custom Avatar
Besides the avatars provided by us, you can also upload your own avatar image for your web site (Acobot Pro only).
To upload your own avatar for a group,
- Log in to your Acobot account.
- Choose the group, if you have multiple groups.
- Click "Dashboard" -> "Widget" -> "Avatar".
- Click "Advanced" link.
- Upload your image and Save.
Go to your web site and the chat widget will be with the uploaded avatar.
