A failure will be recorded when the API end point returns an HTTP status code that is smaller than 200 or larger or equal to 300.
When you create or update a callback, Acobot will test the end point automatically. If the test fails, its status is set is disabled.
If you have crate an active callback and it continuously get 10 or more failures, Acobot will disable it too.
To activate a disabled callback, you need to
- Ensure the API end point works and return an HTTP code 200.
- Test the callback by clicking on the bold icon .
