You have provided a website URL when you create the AI chatbot. You can change the URL as you business evolves.
If you publish contents under multiple domain names, you can provide multiple website URLs to the AI so it can get all information it may need.
Note the sub-domains are considered as different domains. For example, if your main site is www.example.com and you publish documentation at help.example.com, you need to provide both domains.

Note www is an exception. Both www.examle.com and example.com are consider the same domain.
Can I use a single chatbot for multiple website I have?
It depends. If your websites are about different products or services, you cannot use a single chatbot for all of them. You should create an AI chatbot for each of them.
If your multiple websites are actually the different sections for the same organization or product, as the above example illustrates, you can and you should add all site URLs to the Domains setting of the same AI chatbot.

- Log in to your Acobot account.
- Choose the AI chatbot to work with.
- Click menu ☰ - Learning - Domains.
