The middle column of workspace displays chat log for the current client that you choose and a chat box that allows you to interact with clients.
You may send a message to the current clients at any time, regardless their states. However, as mentioned before, for the most time you don't have to do so if clients have a good conversation with the AI and they are in green . You should reserve time and effort for clients in blue , and those in red if any.
Messaging to Clients
To send a message to the current client,
- Type message in the message box.
- When you finish it, press Enter to send the message.
After you send the message, the state of the current client will change to "normal" (marked in green).
How do you break a line if Enter means sending?
Press Shift + Enter to break a line in the message box.
