Voice

Voice increases engagement.

Choosing the voice that matches your target market or business nature may increase interactions and thus leads.

We understand there are situations that website visitors don't want voice. In addition to turn off the speaker of their machines, visitors can also toggle the voice by

  • Clicking the voice icon on the chat widget.
  • Telling the chatbot to turn it off.

In fact many visitors find it fun and request the chatbot to toggle the voice for more than one times.

Steps to choose a voice

  1. Log in to your Acobot account.
  2. Choose the AI chatbot to work with.
  3. Click menu ☰ - UI - Voice.

On the above page you can also enable/disable voice feature. However we recommend you to keep it enabled as it improves user experience and increase results.
