FAQs is an optional feature. You don't need to create any FAQ items unless you want to teach the AI to answer questions that it couldn't answer based on your website contents.

What is an FAQ?

An FAQ is a pair of question and corresponding answer. Basically it works same as the FAQs on your website.

When you want to teach your AI chatbot to answer a question you can do it in one of the following ways.

  • Add a new item to the FAQs page on your website
  • Add a new item using the FAQs feature described herein.

Typically they work the same. The only difference is with the FAQs feature, your visitors will not be able to read these contents from the website. They can only get the information by interacting with the chatbot.

Steps to create an FAQ item

  1. Log in to your Acobot account.
  2. Choose the AI chatbot to work with.
  3. Click menu ☰ - AI - FAQs.
